TF4P EASTBOURNE 2013 Photos 105he collaboration of Football4peace and Eastbourne Town FC saw children from schools across the community come together at the University of Brighton for a free three day event run by students and staff.

The F4P values based coaching methodology was applied. Children made friends from other schools and learnt, through taking part in the activities, the F4P values of fairplay and about the importance of a healthy lifestyle.

The children received a Football4Peace tshirt, an event specific ‘F4P@ETFC’ tshirt, an England shirt, a medal and a certificate for participating in the event. All the children were given a ticket for them in a parent to go to the Eastbourne town home game on 6th April.

A happy parent said: “I wanted to thank you and all the fantastic team that ran the Football 4 Peace programme this week. My son thoroughly enjoyed it and it is great that the children start to ask and talk about the values that were highlighted to them.”

The event was supported by NHS Sussex, Eastbourne Town Football Club, Eastbourne Herald, Eastbourne Borough Council, Sport Brighton.
