F4P @ Eastbourne Town FC

Football 4 Peace and Eastbourne Town Football Club have got together to provide an exciting opportunity for boys and girls aged 10-12 years of Eastbourne.  F4P Coaches will work with the young people over the first two days at the University of Brighton’s Chelsea School of Sport in Meads.  They will prepare and build them into teams to compete for the ‘Fair Play Award’ on the third day at the F4P Festival at Eastbourne Town Football Club’s ground at Saffrons.

The event is endorsed by Eastbourne Borough Council and sponsored by Eastbourne Herald and Gazette.

The event is free of charge.  Places are limited and so please return your application form NOW!!!

What to bring and what to wear

  • Suitable footwear – The most suitable footwear are either training shoes or astro turf shoes. The University of Brighton do not allow football boots unless they are rubber studs.  No blades can be worn.
  • Suitable and comfortable football kit such as a track suit or sweat shirt and jogging bottoms.
  • Shin Pads: We strongly recommend that shin pads are worn at all times.
  • Refreshments: Participants should bring their own water in a suitable container.

 

Terms and Conditions

  • Places are not guaranteed until we have confirmed receipt of your application.
  • It is understood that the organisers accept no liability in respect of the applicants’ participation except for any statutory rights arising in relation to injury caused by negligence of the organisers.
  • In your absence you authorise the organisers to act in “loco parentis” should your child require emergency medical treatment.
  • Video footage/photography will be taken during this project and used for research and/or promotional purposes.
